Step 1
Melt butter in a medium sauce pan and saute the radishes.
Step 2
Add broth, barley, and salt to the pan and bring all to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the barley is tender and the broth has been absorbed (30-45 minutes).
