These Brussel Sprouts are so yummy, they don’t even taste like a veggie. Plus, with simple ingredients you can have them ready in no time.

Instructions

Step 1
Rinse Brussel sprouts off and add them to medium sauté pan with about 2 cups of water.
Step 2
Cover and cook over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes.
Step 3
In a small bowl combine Parmesan cheese and everything bagel seasoning. Set aside.
Step 4
Drain Brussel sprouts and allow to cool, then half & quarter each Brussel sprout. (If you’re in a hurry, you can add Brussel sprouts to cold water with ice to cool faster.)
Step 5
Next, add cut Brussel sprouts in a mixing bowl and toss with olive oil.
Step 6
Then toss them in the Parmesan cheese and everything bagel mixture.
Step 7
Transfer the Brussel sprouts to the air fryer. Cook for 15-20 minutes at 375-380°F or until crispy. Make sure to toss a couple times during cooking.
