½ tspbaking soda
2 tspbaking powder
1 ½ tspsalt
4 Tbspoil
½ cupcurd
2 tspgarlic
minced

Garlic Butter
Instructions
Step 1
Mix in all the ingredients for the dough and add water as required to make soft and smooth dough
Step 2
Grease the dough with oil, cover and let rest for 2 hours
Step 3
Knead the dough after 2 hours to remove any air
Step 4
Roll the dough out in an oval shape and cool on a pan for 2 minutes on each side until cooked
Step 5
Brush the garlic butter on the cooked naan and serve
