Instructions

Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine the first five ingredients.
Step 2
Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add bananas; mix well.
Step 4
Stir in nuts.
Step 5
Pour into a greased 13-in x 9-in x 2-in baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Step 6
Cool on a wire rack.
Step 7
Dust with confectioners' sugar if desired.
