Gluten Free Satay Chicken
Instructions
Prep:10minCook:15min
This is a really quick recipe that's full of flavour and packed with protein, plus it's suitable for the whole family because kids/children (I have personally found) love the sticky chicken.
Also, this recipe is Egg free and Dairy Free too!
I usually serve the satay chicken with salad and sometimes rice, but you can serve it up with anything you fancy. It also makes a great meal prep meal that's great for pre or post-workouts or quick lunches throughout the week.
However you decide to cook this one, I hope you love it as much as I do.
