Instructions
Step 1
Place the gelatine leaves in a bowl of cold water

Pop the marmalade in a saucepan whisk gently until melted and smooth
Step 3
Add the gelatine leaves, whisk until complete combined
Step 4
Pour the mix into the loaf tin and freeze for 45 mins- then take out of tin and leave at room temperature

For the sponge you need softened butter caster sugar self raising flour 3 eggs milk vanilla extract - whisk until smooth
Step 6
Spoon the mix into the loaf tin and spread evenly then bake in the oven for 45 mins 160 degrees
Step 7
Once cool level off the top of the cake and flip upside down
Step 8
Spread a little marmalade over the top of the cake then add the jelly trimming off any excess
Step 9
Pour on the melted dark chocolate and spread to it runs over the edges and top with a line of Jafa cakes
