1 tablespoonpineapple juice

3 tablespoonscrushed pineapple

Instructions
Step 1
Combine first four ingredients in a small mixing bowl; beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
Step 2
Add crushed pineapple and the finely chopped nuts, stirring well.
Step 3
Refrigerate 30 minutes or more to allow flavors to combine.
Step 4
Remove from refrigerator and allow to come to room temperature before serving.
Step 5
Store the unused fruit dip in the refrigerator.
Step 6
Yield: 1-1/4 cups.
