Top Layer:
Instructions
Step 1
Bottom Layer: Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Transfer to a lined baking tray (24cm x 24cm) and press down until even.
Step 2
Middle Layer: Dollop ice cream onto the no- bake brownie. Squish down ice cream with the back of a spoon until the brownie if fully covered. Make sure not to over mix the ice cream flavours to maintain the marble look.
Step 3
Top Layer: Melt chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave on 20-second increments, stirring between each, until melted. Pour over the ice cream layer, gently spread with a spoon and set in the freezer for 1 hour. Slice and enjoy!
