Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Step 2
In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Once mixed, add eggs, vanilla, and lemon juice. Mix well.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Mix well.
Step 4
In another bowl, mash bananas and stir in sour cream. Add in nuts (optional).
Step 5
Alternately add dry mix and banana mix to wet mix, stirring thoroughly so all ingredients are combined.

4 x loaf pans (greased and floured) — bake for 50–60 minutes. OR 36 muffins — bake for 25–30 minutes.
