Step 1
Strain the vegetables from the water and rinse off the excess salt. Leave in the colander to dry. Mix garlic with the spices in a mixing bowl and add the white vinegar. Slow whisk in the canola oil. Add the strained vegetables to the oil & vinegar mixture and toss to combine. Store in the fridge until ready to use!
