Step 1
1. Peel and slice potato into chip shapes

2. Par boil in salty water until just soft
Step 3
3. Take the water out gently shake and fluff (go steady with this as we don’t want to break the chips)

4. Leave to rest for 30 minutes

5. Get the deep fat fryer heating to 130 degrees
Step 6
6. After the 30 minutes fry the chips for 7-10 minutes (until a skin is forming but not coloured)
Step 7
7. Once done take out on a tray and get in the fridge for roughly 30mins and turn the fryer up to 180 8. Last step fry until golden and crispy…. 5-10minutes
