Instructions
Step 1
Start by making the dough: heat up the liquids to a boil and add the flour once at that point. Remove from the heat as you stir until a cohesive ball is formed. Let it cool down and knead it until smooth. Set aside
Step 2
Chop the mushrooms, onion and garlic and place them in an oiled pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes and then add the rest of the ingredients with a dash of water. Cook it all down until thick (most of the water should evaporate)
Step 3
With a golf-sized ball of dough at a time, make a dipped shape that can hold the filling (check the video to copy how I did it). Add about 1tbsp of the filling and close on top, to form a drumstick shape.
Step 4
Pass each coxinha in beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Deep fry until golden brown and enjoy!
