The original recipe called for a product that I can no longer find; canned clams with tomatoes and green chilies. Adapted to use can tomatoes with green chilies. This is a “little bit of this, little bit of that” type recipe- adapt it to your personal taste. Measurements are approximate. Best to make ahead of time to allow flavors to blend.

Instructions
Step 1
Drain clams and reserve 1-2 tablespoons of liquid.
Step 2
Combine cream cheese, clams, tomatoes and clam juice. Use hand held electric mixer to combine.
Step 3
Adjust amount of tomatoes and clam juice to taste.
Step 4
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crackers and/or vegetable sticks.
