I wanted to do a lobster dish since it was going to be national lobster day, but wasn’t home for the weekend so didn’t get to make it :(, but I did make some delicious shrimp scampi eaten with garlic bread for dinner!

Instructions
Step 1
1. Peel and devein shrimp

2. Season generously with salt and pepper
Step 3
3. Prepare hot pan and add 1 tsp oil
Step 4
4. Sauté shrimp for approximately 30 seconds leaving slightly uncooked

5. Remove shrimp and set aside
Step 6
6. In same pan add 1 tsp olive oil and butter
Step 7
7. Toss in minced garlic and sauté until light blonde
Step 8
8. Lower heat add chili flakes, parsley and incorporate
Step 9
9. Add white wine, and let alcohol render off
Step 10
10. Add parmesan, lemon juice, the shrimp from earlier and incorporate
Step 11
11. Season with salt and pepper as needed

12. Plate and garnish with parmesan and parsley
Step 13
13. Serve with pasta or garlic bread
