Instructions
Step 1
Add cooking oil to pot, then heat it
(use as little as you can get away with to brown meat)
Step 2
Put sausage in and let it brown until it almost sticks.
Flip and repeat a couple of times
Step 3
Add hot water enough to cover the sausage and pressure cook for 15 min
Step 4
Remove pressure by cooling down the pot. Remove lid and add onion to the gravy
Step 5
You can cut up the sausage to continue to cook it down. You can even cook out all the water and brown the meat again, then add more water to make up the gravy
