Step 1
Pour milk in small bowl and put in frig with beaters for about 2 hours. Meanwhile in large bowl dissolve gelatin and sugar in boling water(1 1/3 cup).Add lemon juice. Stir. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours till syrupy. Combine crumbs and butter and put in 13 x 9 pan. Reserve 2 tablespoons for topping . Best milk until soft peaks form. Beat gelatin till bubbles form. Fold milk into gelatin and spread over crumbs. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs and chill. Let set up. Cut into squares.
