Ingredients

1 Boxmac and cheese
1 cupShredded cheese
1 BagVegetarian chicken nuggets
¼ cupbuffalo sauce
3 cupsbroccoli
chopped
¼ cupGreen onion
garnish
2 cupMilk
pepper
to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven and cook veggie nugs to packet directions.
Step 2
Once nugs go in, bring water to a boil and add noodles. Cook about 8 minutes or until al dente. We added some extra shells than what came in the Velveeta box.
Step 3
While noodles are cooking, chop up your broccoli and set a stream basket on the stove. Add the broccoli, cover and stream for about 6 minutes.
Step 4
Once broccoli is done, rinse with cold water and set aside.
Step 5
Once pasta is done, strain and return to pot with cheese on packet and milk. Stir to combine.
Step 6
Chop nuggies into fourths and add to Mac n cheese.
Step 7
Add Mac n cheese to a cast iron skillet, cover with shredded cheese and chopped green onion. Drizzle with buffalo sauce.
Step 8
Broil on top rack @ 500 for about 10 minutes, or until cheese bubbles/browns.
Step 9
Remove from oven and serve with side of broccoli
