Cake:
3 x 8 ouncecream cheese
softened
1 ½ cupssugar
4eggs
beatened
3 tablespoonscocoa powder
1 cupsour cream
½ cupbuttermilk
well shaken
2 teaspoonsvanilla extract
1 teaspoonwhite vinegar
2 x 2 ouncered food coloring

Instructions
Step 1
Stir together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, 1 T. sugar. Press into 9" spring form pan.
Step 2
Beat 3(8 oz) pkg. of cream cheese and sugar at medium low speed for 1 min.
Step 3
Add eggs and next 6 ingredients. Mix on low speed for 1 min. Pour into prepared crust.
Step 4
Bake at 325°F for 10 min., reduce heat to 300°F and bake for 1 hour and 15 min. or until center is firm.
Step 5
Run knife along outer edge of cheesecake. Turn off oven. Let cheesecake stand in oven as for 30 min.
