Instructions
Step 1
Cook and mash the sweet potatoes, removing the skin.
Step 2
Pulse 2 cups of chopped kale in a food processor into small flakes
Step 3
Combine the mashed sweet potatoes, kale, egg, panko and spices in a bowl
Step 4
Form "tot-like" shapes with a 1 tablespoon scoop or just create small round shapes
Step 5
Spray with avocado oil in the air fryer baket. Place the tots into the air fryer. Do not stack them on top of each other. Spray with oil over the top.
Step 6
Cook at 400 F for 10-15 minute
