Step 1
1. Salt and pepper the steak according to your taste and let it rest for 30 mins before cooking it

2. Add the oil in a large pan and when the oil is hot, add the steaks and cook without flipping for 3 minutes.

3. After 3 minutes, flip over the steaks, add the butter, garlic and thyme cook for another 3 minutes while basing the steak (use a spoon to pour the hot butter on the steak while cooking untill its ready)

4. Put the cooked steak on a plate and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving (do not throw away the juice left in the pan from the steak, you’ll need it later)
In the meantime start making the blue cheese sauce

In the pan where you cooked the steak, take out the garlic and thyme stems and add the butter

Step 6
When the butter melts, add the worcestershire sauce and then the cream and let it simmer for one minute

Step 7
Cut the cheese in smaller pieces and then add them to the sauce, keep mixing untill the cheese melts and the sauce thickens
