Instructions

Step 1
Let steak sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Trim off any fat and cut the steak into 1 inch pieces.
Step 3
In a bowl combine the olive oil, worcestershire sauce, steak seasoning, parsley, salt and pepper. Once combined add in the steak.
Step 4
To a hot pan over medium heat carefully add in the steak and olive oil mixture in a single layer.
Step 5
Cook for 2 minutes then flip and cook for an additional two minutes. If all the steak does not fit in a single layer complete in multiple batches.
Step 6
Switch heat to low and add the butter and garlic. Combine until butter is melted and every piece is evenly coated.
