Stuffing cups

Whether you have leftover stuffing or just want a great appetizer or quick lunch. Use homemade stuffing or boxed. Make ahead stuffing cups filled with mashed potatoes, popcorn chicken, gravy and cheese. Or fill them with any choice of filling. This is really fun for kids too.

Instructions

Step 1
Make stuffing according to box directions or use leftover stuffing. Spray a cupcake muffin pan with mom stick spray. Fill each cupcake muffin cup with the stuffing. Make an indent in each muffin cup with the back of spoon or smaller cup. Bake at 425° for about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Take cups out of pan when done and fill with warmed mashed potatoes, 3 pieces of chicken, two tablespoons gravy (or to taste) and cheese.
