Ingredients
6 servings
2 Coatmeal
old fashioned, or 2 C. Stuart's fruit/seed muesli
1tart apple
grated, not peeled
0.25 CRaisins
if using plain oats, optional
0.25 CSeeds mixture
if using plain oats, such as sunflower, pumpkin, flaxseed, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, optional
1 CSkim milk
or plant-based 'milk' beverage
1 CFat-free plain Greek Yogurt
orange juice
Instructions
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together in 6+ cup container. Cover. Place in fridge overnight. Serve in 1/2 C. or 1 C. amounts, depending on appetites
Step 2
When serving, add skim milk, juice of choice, or water, to thin to taste
