Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 and oil a loaf pan
Step 2
Beat butter in large bowl with electric mixer on medium until light and fluffy. Add granulated and brown sugar; beat well. Add egg, egg whites, and vanilla beat until combined. Add banana and beat on high for 30 seconds.
Step 3
Combine flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder in a bowl. Add this mixture to the other mixture alternating between flour and cream. Add walnuts. Mix well
Step 4
Bake about 1 hour 15 minutes or until it passes toothpick test. Take it out and let it cool.
