I adore having coffee and cupcakes so making these grownup decadent tiramisu cupcakes was hands-down a fantastic idea for sharing a treat with a friend! Note: Cupcakes are very moist from coffee.

Instructions

Step 1
Bake your cupcakes per the directions in the recipe and allow them cool completely before decorating.
Step 2
Whisk together the ground coffee and boiling water to make the coffee dip, then dip the tops of each cupcake in it before setting them aside to rest for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Cream together the cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
Step 4
Frost your cupcakes in a big swirl.
Step 5
With a sifter, lightly dust the cupcakes with cocoa powder and enjoy!
