Piccadilly Strawberry Pie

4 steps
Prep:10minCook:10min
There was a cafeteria that was in Northline mall. We would go shopping there in August (for school clothes), December (for Christmas gifts), and around Easter (for Easter clothes and shoes). We would sometimes get to eat at this cafeteria. Clint likes this pie with sliced bananas.

Instructions

Step 1
Bake pie crust. Let cool.
Step 2
Stir first 4 ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil until thick ( 1 min). Let cool. Pour a small amount in the bottom of the pie crust cover.
Step 3
Arrange whole small strawberries or cut large strawberries in half with cut sides up in the bottom of pie pan. Pour remaining filling over strawberries. Top with Cool Whip.
Step 4
I suggest using more cornstarch.
