¼ cavocado purée

½ cupdate paste

0.5 Tblsground chia seed

½ tablespoonground flax seed

1 tsppure vanilla extract

1 ¼ cuprolled oats

¼ cdehydrated sweetened cranberries

Step 1
Make date paste by blending 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil 3/4 cup hot water and 12 oz pitted dates only use half cup date paste Make vegan egg replacement 1/2 tablespoons ground chia seeds 1/2 tablespoon ground flaxseed & 2.75 tablespoons hot water stir well let set 10-15 minutes before using Preheat oven to 350 degrees Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper Mix together 1/4 cup melted coconut oil & 1/4 c avocado purée Add in 1/2 cup date paste, egg substitute, 1 tsp pure vanilla extract. Mix well Add 1 1/4 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup almond flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/8 tsp baking powder. Mix well Add optional ingredients 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes, 1/4 cup sweetened dehydrated cranberries, 1/4 cup raw chopped pecans, 1/4 cup. Vegan dark chocolate baking pieces. Mix well Form golf ball sized balls, mash into 1.5 to 2 inch patties, place on parchment paper, cook at 350 for 10-12 minutes till tops are golden brown, let cool completely before enjoying. (Use 1/4 cup date paste instead of half cup if you want less sweet)
