Step 1
Heat oven 350 and grease muffin pan
Step 2
In a large bowl mix cookie base ingredients with spoon until soft cookie dough forms using table spoonful of dough into 24 balls place in muffin cups and then make an indention in the middle in each center

Bake for 12-14 minutes , meanwhile in medium bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar with a mixer on medium until smooth, scraping side of bowl frequently.

Add egg, beating until just blended and then beat in vanilla

With a wooden spoon, reshape the indention of the center of each tart to create an opening in each clean off spoon and spoon filling in each tart
Step 6
Bake 8-10 minutes or until the center is set, cool for 10 minutes. Run knife around the edge of the cookie cup to loosen
Step 7
Remove cookies from muffin cups and refrigerate 1 hour
Step 8
When ready to serve top each cookie with a teaspoon of chopped Strawberries
