Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F

Butter a 10 inch cast iron skillet
Step 3
Whisk flour, sugar,cornmeal,baking powder, salt, and baking soda in large bowl
Step 4
In separate bowl mix Zucchini, milk, melted butter and eggs. Stir the wet mixture into the dry mixture.
Step 5
Pour batter into skillet and bake 40 to 45 minutes until tester comes out clear
