Instructions

Step 1
Place all date caramel ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.

Step 2
Pour warm water onto one plate. Dip rice paper sheet in until soft and place onto another place. Dollop caramel in the centre (approx 2 heaped tablespoons) and place chocolate on top. Wrap like a present. Dip another rice paper sheet into the water and double wrap the dumpling.

Step 3
Heat frypan on medium heat and drizzle with a little olive oil. Fry dumplings for a few minutes on each side, or until bubbles form and they go slightly crispy. Remove from heat. Be sure not to cook too long as dumplings can burst.

Allow to cool for a few minutes, sprinkle over coconut and enjoy! Best eaten same day. Store in fridge for 3-4 days.
