Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Step 2
In a medium-sized bowl, combine parmesan cheese, salt, basil, oregano, paprika, and garlic powder. Set aside
Step 3
Pound chicken breasts thin. Toss chicken with the melted butter in an other bowl, coating evenly.
Step 4
Dredge the chicken in cheese mixture. Place on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes until done.
Step 5
Place 4 oz chicken on top of 1 cup (155g) of spaghetti squash. Add 1/4 cup marinara on a plate.
Step 6
Top with 1/3 cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese
