Step 1
Dice apple, cucumber and halloumi
Step 2
Chop parsley
Step 3
Make up chicken stock
Step 4
Add bulgar wheat and chicken stock to a saucepan and bring to the boil

Cover the pan, turn off the heat and leave for 10 minutes
Step 6
Mix the apple, cucumber and parsley in a bowl
Step 7
Mix the lemon juice and yoghurt
Step 8
Fry the halloumi for 6-8 minutes until brown
Step 9
Add the bulgar wheat and lemon yoghurt to the mixing bowl and combine
Step 10
Portion out and top with the halloumi. Serve.
