Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 4 x 8 loaf pan with gluten free nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2
In a large bowl mashed bananas until smooth, add baking soda and stir to combine. Add butter, stir in salt, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract. Mix in flour, pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
Step 3
Bake on the center rack for 50 minutes to 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow bread to cool for 3-5 minutes before removing from the pan from further cooling and slicing
