Instructions
Step 1
In a small sauce pan, heat the chocolate chips and heavy whipping cream over low heat. Stir constantly and cook until fully melted.
Step 2
Divide the ganache evenly between the 4 ramekins. Coat the bottom and insides of the dish stopping at the top lip.
Step 3
Freeze for 1 hour.
Step 4
Fill the chilled ramekins with Greek yogurt until all the chocolate is covered.
Step 5
Freeze for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Sprinkle sugar over the chilled yogurt until fully covered with a thin layer.
Step 7
Brûlée the sugar until the sugar caramelizes. You cannot use a broiler for this.
Step 8
Let rest until the sugar has cooled before serving.
