1 sheetpuff pastry dough

2 tablespoonpesto

1 cupshredded mozzarella

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Open your puff pastry sheet and make sure it is defrosted. Add the pesto to the sheet leaving a 1 inch boarder. Whisk egg and brush on boarder. Bake until golden roughly 15 minutes. Add the mozzarella and bake until melted. Add sliced tomatoes and drizzle the balsamic glaze on top. Cut up and enjoy!
