Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, beat pumpkin, sugar and oil. Add eggs and mix well. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. Add to pumpkin mixture and beat until well blended. Pour into greased 10x15 baking pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cake tests done. When cool, frost with Cream cheese Frosting. To make: Beat butter, cream cheese, and vanilla in a mixing bowl until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar. Mix well. Add milk until frosting reaches desired consistency.
