Instructions
Step 1
Add olive oil to pot on saute mode
Step 2
Brown pork chops on both sides, then plate
Step 3
Add 1 can cream of chicken, 1 can of water, half the onion, and all of the rice, then stir a little
Step 4
Add pork chops, then repeat step 3
Step 5
Cook on high pressure for 20 minutes
Step 6
Natural release for 10 minutes, then release remainder of the pressure
