This salad is everything! So delicious and yummy! I don't know what exactly is it, what is the secret, but any time I make it I am surprised how amazing it is... :D

Instructions

Step 1
Make the salad dressing by combining all the dressing ingredients together in a smaller bowl with a whisk.
Step 2
Prepare big serving plates (I like to use pasta plates). Add some of the salad in and spoon some dressing on. Keep adding layers of salad with dressing spooned on them until you use up all prepared salad.
Step 3
Arrange pears gently on the top of a salad, sprinkle some goat cheese and walnuts on, and add the final touch of salad dressing.
