Instructions
Step 1
Cook the cauliflower in boiling water for 5 mins. Drain well and cut into medium-size florets.
Step 2
Whisk egg yolks, salt, pepper, paprika, flour and milk together. In another bowl whisk the egg whites until stiff,then fold into the batter
Step 3
Coat some of the cauliflower in the batter and deep-fry until golden brown.
Step 4
Serve with your favorite sauce
