Instructions

Step 1
Fill a trap with warm water.
Step 2
Lay a nori sheet on your work surface.
Step 3
Very briefly dip a sheet of rice paper in the water and lay over the nori sheet. Let it dry for 30 minutes at room temp (or use a dehydrator or blow dryer).
Step 4
Fry in neutral oil at 350 F until it puffs up, about 20-30 seconds. Immediately season with salt (or your seasoning of choice)
