Instructions
Step 1
Season the salmon with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Slightly rub.
Step 2
Slice the courgette and halve the baby corn. Add 1tbsp olive oil, salt,pepper and mix well.
Step 3
Brush the cast iron grill with remaining oil and place salmon and veggies on the hot grill.
Step 4
Cook, undisturbed, for 5 minutes then flip and cook for another 5 minutes or until ready.
Step 5
Serve immediately
