Instructions
Step 1
Slice the mushrooms
Step 2
Wash and dry the fish
Step 3
Oil a piece of foil big enough to wrap up the fish
Step 4
Lay fish on foil
Step 5
Lay over the mushrooms
Step 6
Squeeze over the lemon and add any herbs / pepper etc
Step 7
Wrap the foil up over the fish fillet
Step 8
Bake at 175 decC (fan oven) for 20 minutes
Step 9
Meanwhile microwave vegetables and rice
