Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Hidden veggies: In a small bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, and Italian seasoning. Finely grate or pulse half of the frozen vegetables into the mixture until well incorporated.
