1 lbground Turkey
Vegetarian option 2 cups mushrooms, finely diced + 1 can 5 oz

black beans

2 Tbspoil

1bell pepper
seeded and diced

2cloves garlic
diced

1onion
medium, diced

1 cupcelery
diced

425gcan kidney beans

425gcan pinto beans

2 Tbspchili powder

1 Tbsphoney

1 tspsalt

411gcans diced tomatoes
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
Instructions
Step 1
Brown turkey in instant pot until cooked through
Step 2
Add veggies, beans, and tomatoes to instant pot. Mix together. Add chili powder, honey and salt and mix
Step 3
Pressure cook in high for 15 mins. Quick release.
Step 4
Serve with whole grain crackers or bread, shredded cheese or a scoop of plain Greek yogurt on top if desired.
