Ingredients

2 tablespoonolive oil
1red onion
diced
1 poundground beef
2 ½ tablespoonschili powder
2 tablespoonsground cumin
2 tablespoonsgranulated sugar
2 cantomato paste
2 tablespoongarlic powder
1 ½ teaspoonssalt
2 tablespoonsblack pepper
½ teaspoonground cayenne pepper
1 ½ cupsbeef broth
2cans diced tomatoes
2 cansred kidney beans
drained and rinsed
1canned green chili
diced
6 clovesGarlic
Chopped
1 cupCheddar
2 tablespoonssour cream
2 tablespoonsfresh Chives
Instructions
Step 1
Add your olive oil to a skillet and place it over medium-high heat for two minutes. Add the onion. Cook for 8 stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Add the ground beef to the pot. Break it apart with a wooden spoon. Cook for 6-7 minutes, until the beef is browned, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Add your ground beef to your instant pot now and the chili powder, cumin, sugar, tomato paste, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and optional cayenne. Stir until well combined. Add the broth, diced tomatoes (with their juice), green chilies and drained beans, and garlic Stir well.
Step 4
Set your instant pot on Pressure Cook for 18 minutes. Let the chili rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Add your toppings Add Enjoy!!!!!

Add your olive oil to your Dutch over pot and place it over medium-high heat Add beef and the onion with salt garlic powder and pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes stirring occasionally.

Cook until the beef is browned, now add the chili powder, cumin, sugar, tomato paste, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and optional cayenne pepper. Stir until well combined. Add the broth, diced tomatoes (with their juice), green chilies and drained beans, and garlic and stir well.
Step 7
Set your chili simmer on medium to low low heat for about a 1 hour or until your vegetables are translucent and tender Let the chili rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Add your toppings Add Enjoy!!!!!
