For garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Grease a tray with little butter.
Step 2
In a deep pan, put together the paneer, condensed milk and ground pistachios.
Step 3
Keep stirring continuously until the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan.
Step 4
Now add milk powder and mix well.
Step 5
Then add the ghee, green food colouring and cardamom powder and give it a good mix.
Step 6
Empty the mixture in the prepared tray and leave it to cool outside for about half an hour then put it in the fridge until it sets.
Step 7
Once set, cut into small pieces and garnish with gold or silver edible leaves or dried rose petals and store it in an airtight container.
