Instructions
Step 1
- Blend oats into a fine oat flour.
Step 2
- Add oat flour, protein powder and salt to a bowl and mix.
Step 3
- Add peanut butter, honey and vanilla and stir well.
Step 4
- Add 1 tbsp of almond milk or water at a time until a thick dough forms. I like to use my hands to mix it here!
Step 5
- Line a container with parchment paper and press dough in. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to set, then slice into bars
