Made these for some friends last night and they were so yummy and easy to make! some fell apart so i used cream to try and put them back together lol x

Instructions
Step 1
preheat oven (140°c fan/160°c/325°F/gas mark 3, line a cake try with cake cases

Step 2
mix butter and sugar until smooth and fluffy

Step 3
add eggs, milk, vanilla and mix together until well combined
Step 4
add flour and whisk into mixture
Step 5
divide mixture into cupcake cases and bake for 25-30 mins until golden brown
Step 6
remove cakes from cases when cooled and cut them in half
Step 7
whip double cream with vanilla extract and icing sugar
Step 8
add the cream and jam/conserve in between the halves of cakes and put them back together
Step 9
dust with icing sugar
Step 10
serve immediately and refrigerate after, eat within 2 days
