Instructions
Step 1
Mix the sugar with melted butter until it is creamy.




Step 2
Add the egg yolk and wisk until are fully incorporated.



Step 3
Put the hazelnut in a food processor and mix them for a minute.


Step 4
Mix the vanilla sugar, buckwheat flour and hazelnuts in a bowl.





Step 5
Add some of the flour to the egg yolks, butter and sugar mixture and whisk. Only when the flour is incorporated, add some more until you use all of it.


Step 6
Whip the white eggs until puffy and soft. When ready, incorporate a bit at the time to the mixture. Use a spatula to mix the white eggs. Do it gently always making movements from the bottom to the top.




Step 7
The last step is to add the baking powder. Mix gently with a spatula.


Step 8
Flour the inner part of a cake pan and ease down the mixture. Cook into your oven for about 45 minute at 180°.
