Instructions

Step 1
Thoroughly wash rice and place in instant pot
Step 2
Add water to rice ensuring that all grains are beneath the surface and not stuck to the sides
Step 3
Close lid, set valve to sealing, and press the “Rice” button
Step 4
In a cup, combine salt, msg, sugar, and rice vinegar. Stir or swish the mixture until dissolved
Step 5
Allow natural pressure release* once instant pot finishes cooking *You’ll want to let the IP get to at least L0:15 or for the metal pressure indicator on the lid to drop before opening
Step 6
Pour your vinegar solution over the rice and mix in thoroughly
